In the year 1999, Mr. Paavendhan, an aspiring pre-final engineering graduate from Regional Engineering College, Jalandhar. started 'B' Builders and Designers in a humble manner at his home with a lot of hopes and dreams. He soon channeled his passion for Junk Art and Minimalist Design ideas for living areas into construction and interior designing. His dreams became a reality and the company had its official inception in the year 2000. Ever since, we have been fulfilling our customer's aspirations to build their dream buildings and there has been no turning back!
The company operates from Palani, Tamil Nadu and has accomplished a string of successful residential and corporate complexes. We are a fast emerging real estate force with our signature structures all over Tamil Nadu and beyond.
