'B' Builders and Designers is the brain child of Mr. Paavendhan. With his rich experience, expertise and knowledge, the company is now scaling great heights. His achievement in the field of real estate has enabled him to carve a niche for himself. All projects will be directly supervised by him. Mrs. Maheswari Paavendhan is the Finance head. She is the back bone of the company and her support is greatly valued. Mr. Karuppusamy P handles customer relations by exclusively catering to all customer queries, requirements and concerns.
On the whole, we are an expert team of six members. Three of us take care of everything related to civil engineering and the rest are in charge of sale, purchase and general management. Each one of us are highly skilled and well experienced. Together as a team we combine all our strengths and creativity to make each project a grand success. All the projects that we have undertaken thus far, both residential and commercial, have been lauded and commended by our clients for its superior quality and over-the-top design. We leave our indelible mark of excellence in all that we do.
